コア意味と住み分け
law は「（国の）法律」、rule は「（組織や競技の）規則」です。
legal（合法の）↔ illegal（違法の）は il- が否定の接頭辞。
right は「権利」（名詞）「正しい」（形容詞）「右」の多義語。
justice は「正義・司法」です。
使い方 —「違反する」の言い方
「法律を破る」は break the law、「規則を守る」は follow / obey the rules、「〜に違反して」は against the law / against the rules。
「〜する権利がある」は have the right to ＋ 動詞。
禁止は be prohibited / be not allowed で表します。
