It is said that ⇄ S is said to / have ＋ 物 ＋ pp / get ＋ 物 ＋ pp / get ＋ pp / 句動詞の受動。
主語繰り上げの書き換え
It is said that he is wealthy. ⇄ He is said to be wealthy.（主語繰り上げ）。
節の内容が主節より前なら to have pp にします（He is said to have been wealthy.）。
この書き換えは要約・報道文で頻出します。
句動詞を受動にするときは副詞辞・前置詞を動詞に残す（look after → be looked after）。
get 受動の語感
get ＋ pp は動作性・偶発性が強く、口語的です（He got fired.）。
be ＋ pp が状態も表せるのに対し、get は「その瞬間に起きた」感じを出します。
have ＋ 物 ＋ pp は語順を崩すと意味が変わるので注意します（I had my laptop repaired. ⇄ I had repaired my laptop.）。
つまずきやすい所
○ He is said to be rich.
✗ He is said that he is rich.
主語繰り上げなら to 不定詞。
○ The dog was well looked after.
✗ The dog was looked well after.
副詞は looked の前、after は残す。
○ I had my laptop repaired.
✗ I had repaired my laptop.（修理してもらった意味で）
語順で意味が変わる。
書き換えの型と get 受動の語感、句動詞受動の語順。3点で受動は安定します。
