say vs tell の4級超頻出区別！ ――
say=発言内容 ("He said, 'Hello.'"
"She said she was tired.") — 相手は不要
tell=相手 + 内容 ("He told me, 'Hello.'"
"She told me she was tired.") — 相手必須。覚え方: tell は必ず誰かに 教える。
tell → told → told (sell/sold/sold と同パターン)。
