争点は技術ではなく道徳
The dispute, at root, turns on a moral premise rather than a technical one: whether a livelihood is something a society owes its members or something each must continually earn（生計は社会が成員に負うものか、各自が稼ぎ続けるものか）。
賛成はリバタリアンと平等主義者の双方から improbably（意外にも）集まる ━ 立場が対立する二陣営が同じ政策を支持する点自体が論点です。
実験が示せないもの
Such findings, however, are not dispositive.（これらの知見は決定的ではない）━ 実験は期限付き・部分的で、恒久的で社会全体の給付とは条件が違う。
A windfall expected to expire is hoarded or invested cautiously; an entitlement believed to be perpetual may reshape ambitions, family formation, and the willingness to gamble on enterprise。
さらに財源は「重税か、対象を絞った福祉の解体か」で、一律の額は障害・扶養・地域の生活費の不均一な負担を無視するため、最も脆弱な層がかえって悪化しうる。
結びは UBI may yet prove less a panacea than a useful instrument among many です。
