時刻・曜日・期間を表す4級レベルの基本語彙を学びます。「いつ」「どれくらい」を表す語を整理し、予定や時間について英語で言える・読める力が身につきます。
コア意味と使い方
century は「世紀（100年）」で in the 20th century、decade は「10年間」。
future は in the future（将来）、past は in the past（過去に）。
schedule は「予定表」で a busy schedule / on schedule（予定通り）です。
使い方 —序数と the
世紀は序数＋the（the 20th century）で表します。
「〜年前」は 〜 years ago、「〜年間」は for 〜 years。
過去・未来を表す語には the が付くもの（in the past / in the future）が多いので、セットで覚えます。
