コア意味と住み分け
fit は「サイズが合う」、suit は「似合う」、match は「（他の物と）調和する」で3つが区別されます。
trend は「流行・傾向」（a trend toward 〜）、outfit は「ひとそろいの服装」、fabric は「生地」。
design は名詞・動詞の両方です。
使い方 —素材の言い方
材料が見て分かるなら be made of（made of cotton）、原料が変質するなら be made from。
「〜製」は be made in ＋ 国。
「試着する」は try on（代名詞は try it on）。
「流行している」は be in fashion / be trendy、「流行が去った」は be out of fashion です。
