must have pp / cannot have pp / might have pp / should have pp / shouldn't have pp。過去への評価と確信度です。
確信度と評価の2軸
確信度は must have pp（ほぼ確実）＞ may / might have pp（可能性）で、否定側は cannot / couldn't have pp（ありえない）が最強。
評価の軸では should have pp（すべきだったのにしなかった＝後悔・非難）と shouldn't have pp（すべきでなかったのにした）。
needn't have pp は「したが不要だった」で、didn't need to（不要だったのでしなかった）と区別します。
mustn't は禁止であって推量ではない
「〜したはずがない」を mustn't have pp とは言えません（mustn't は禁止）。
否定の推量は cannot / couldn't have pp です。
could have pp は「実際には起きなかった可能性」で、危険を振り返る場面で使われます（You could have been killed.）。
つまずきやすい所
○ He cannot have been there.
✗ He mustn't have been there.
mustn't は禁止。
○ You needn't have waited.
✗ You didn't need to wait.（待ったのに不要だった意味で）
行為の有無が逆。
○ 後悔・非難の含み
✗ should have pp を単なる予想に使う
